Paragon CRT®

Paragon CRT®

Global Leaders in myopia treatment and management

Rates of myopia are increasing at alarming rates worldwide – especially among children.  Clinical studies show that in the United States myopia has increased by 66% since 1971.  If current trends continue, by 2050 up to 5 billion people – 50% of the world’s population - will be myopic.

Paragon Vision Sciences’ line of CRT contact lenses helped pioneer the field of Orthokeratology (Ortho-k).  CRT lenses are worn overnight and gently correct the curvature of the patient’s cornea while they sleep.  In the morning when the CRT lenses are removed, patients experience clear vision with newfound freedom from glasses or daytime contacts.

Why is Paragon CRT® considered the first choice by eye care professionals worldwide?  Consider the facts:

  • Science – Paragon CRT® was the first ortho-k lens approved for overnight wear, with no age restrictions.
  • Safety – Over 1.5 million Paragon CRT® lenses have been prescribed in over 50 countries worldwide.
  • Success – In a study of 296 patients, 84% had an average acuity of 20/25 or better.
  • Satisfaction – 87% of Paragon CRT® wearers report that their satisfaction either meets or exceeds their expectations.

Paragon Vision Sciences is committed to the education, training and success of eye care professionals worldwide.  Paragon’s online certification modules can be viewed at your convenience and completed in as little as 45 minutes.

Paragon CRT® offers eye care professionals a way to address the global myopia epidemic, expand their treatment options and grow the profitability of their practice.

Paragon believes that working in partnership with eye care professionals, they don’t just change vision, they change lives.

Paragon Delivers the Right Fit for Your Patients

Paragon CRT®

Setting the Global Standard in Ortho-K

Paragon CRT® Contact Lenses are innovative corneal refractive therapy lenses that offer patients a non-surgical treatment option to correct their myopia.

Paragon CRT® lenses are worn overnight and gently correct the curvature of the patient’s cornea during sleep, resulting in a corneal shape that focuses light properly onto the back of the retina.  When the lenses are removed in the morning, patients can see clearly throughout the day without the use of glasses or daytime contacts. Paragon CRT® lenses are FDA approved to treat up to -6.00D and can be customized in a variety of aspects.

Dispense Quickly and Accurately

  • Fitting and dispensing Paragon CRT® lenses is made easy with Paragon’s proven Diagnostic Dispensing System (DDS).  Fit up to 80% of your Rx’s during the patient’s first visit.

Paragon Dual Axis®

Enhance Your Fitting Success for Patients with Corneal Astigmatism

All corneas have unique elevation differences.  Spherical designs can only be effective on corneas with lower elevations at a given chord length.  Paragon CRT Dual Axis® solves challenges fitting patients presenting with corneal elevation.

Dual Axis’® innovative Proximity Control Technology™ allows independent manipulation without affecting the base curve radius of a second RZD/LZA.  Dual Axis® lenses are engineered to automatically rotate and properly situate on the cornea improving ease of application for your patients and proper centration.

Paragon CRT Dual Axis® lenses may reduce chair time, lens exchanges, and provide patients with corneal astigmatism with a greater treatment outcome.

Paragon CRT SureFit®
