Art Optical Celebrates Milestone Anniversary in 2018
Art Optical invites practitioners, ophthalmic professionals, and industry friends from around the globe to “Experience the Legacy of Excellence” as they kick-off of their 60th year in custom contact lens manufacturing and design in 2018.
As the longest running custom contact lens maker in the United States, Art Optical’s contact lens legacy began in 1958 under the direction of Thomas Anastor. Through the years, the company grew from a regional GP producer to a leading international supplier of a full range of custom GP, hydrogel and silicone hydrogel products. The organization remains family-owned and independent.
Their year-long 60th anniversary celebration will begin at the Global Specialty Lens Symposium in Las Vegas this week, with giveaways and promotions on their latest product introductions, including KeraSoft Thin, Ampleye 15.0, and Optimum Tangible Hydra-Peg surface coating. Special events and savings opportunities will continue throughout 2018 to show appreciation for the tens of thousands of loyal practitioners who have entrusted their specialty lens patients to Art Optical over the past six decades.
