Reverse geometry lenses have a central optical zone with a flatter radius of curvature as compared to the adjacent intermediate curve. While this type of lens design is used as a retainer lens for corneal reshaping, it is also an option for fitting the post-refractive cornea.
R1815 - Reverse Geometry Loaner Fitting Set (Optimum Comfort)
Diagnostic 12 lens reverse geometry set with wet case.
Reverse geometry lenses can be ordered using corneal topography or by on-eye lens evaluation using a diagnostic fitting set. Another way to design these intricate lenses for the post refractive patient would be to obtain the pre-surgical keratometer readings, which can help us determine the reverse curve needed for the lens.
Email your topographies using the Online Order Form or call 800-253-9364 to order a loaner diagnostic set.

Used for wetting and storage of gas permeable lenses. Preserved with PAPB, CHG and EDS. It is an effective agent that totally disinfects gas permeable lenses and kills all micro organisms when lenses are soaked for at least four hours.
Sold individually. (3.5 oz)
Used for wetting and storage of gas permeable lenses. Preserved with chlorhexidine. This preservative is not as effective as PAPB, but is a good alternative for those patients who react to PAPB.
Sold individually. (3.5 oz)
Recommended for plasma treated lenses.
