Jan started working for Art Optical in April of 1996. She has spent the majority of this time in customer care which has made her a very experienced customer service associate. She has continually demonstrated excellent professional customer service throughout her 21 1/2 years of service. She goes out of her way to assist our customers and provides prompt resolutions. Being a longtime associate, Jan has built strong relationships with our customers by recognizing their voices, account numbers and names, and making them feel special and comfortable while placing their lens orders with us. Her rapport with customers also stems from the wealth of knowledge she has regarding our products and policies. She is consistently a high volume call taker while multitasking and handling several additional tasks within the department. Jan also willingly adjusts her hours to work additional shifts as needed to cover other associates vacation and out of office schedules.
